Q: What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
A: I enjoy creating solutions. The ability to help our clients create financial solutions is very rewarding. Obviously, nothing in the financial markets is guaranteed. This is where we use our experience to educate clients to make informed choices so they have a higher probability of living the lifestyle they desire.
Q: What do you do at Capstone Triton?
A: I’m the executive vice president and Chief Compliance Officer. In addition to being one of the firm’s lead advisors, I’m also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm and managing the firm’s Compliance policies and procedures and regulatory filing process.
Q: What’s something most people don’t know about you?
A: Two things – I’m a licensed pilot with my instrument rating. And recently I have had the opportunity to join my son as he starts his journey as a Cub Scout. I am an Eagle Scout and was recently selected as the new Cubmaster for Pack 177
Family:
My wife is Catherine Oster, who has spent most of her career as a petroleum engineer at Devon Energy. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma. We have twin children, Christian and Elizabeth – both active in scouts.
Q: When not at work what do you like to do?
A: We like to spend time at Lake Eufaula with friends and family. We also spend a lot of time outside of work volunteering, whether that is for scouts or church or the kids school.
