Q: What motivates you to wake up and go to work?
A: I love coming to work everyday and having the ability to be creative and challenged at the same time. I enjoy creating original content for our social pages and our website as well as learning about the compliance regulations that come with our industry.
Q: What do you do at Capstone Triton?
A: I am the Marketing and Compliance Manager. I oversee the content on all our social media pages, as well as our website. I also monitor the firm from a compliance standpoint making sure that we are up to date with the new rules and regulations. And I am currently studying for the Certified Compliance Professional Exam.
Q: What’s something most people don’t know about you?
A: I auditioned for American Idol in 2009 and made it to one of the final rounds before filming. I have also been an extra in a couple of movies which have been filmed here in Oklahoma.
Family:
I am the middle of 3 kids- I have an older sister who lives locally and is an Elementary Music teacher; and a younger brother who lives in Colorado and works in finance as well. My parents have been together 40+ years and have traveled the globe as part of my fathers job in the Army. I love spending time with my niece and nephew and enjoy spoiling them any chance I get!
Q: When not at work what do you like to do?
A: I enjoy being active and I love cooking. Any time I am back home in Colorado you can find my family and I in the mountains hiking Rocky Mountain National Park, biking , white water rafting and snowboarding. I have recently been spending time traveling around Oklahoma getting to know so much about the history. Before I started here at CTFG a few years ago I was working as an event planner and now I thoroughly enjoy event planning on the side for parties and weddings!
