Exciting things are happening at Triton and today we get to share one of those developments with you! Our existing lease is set to expire May 31st, 2019 and we began the process of re-evaluating our office needs now and anticipated needs in the future as we continue to implement the firm's strategic growth plans. After evaluating the cost of renting both the space we need currently and plan for future growth, it became increasingly clear the most economic decision was to purchase office space.
As a result, we will be closing on a new duplex building on Thursday May 30th and moving into the space on Friday May 31st. We are moving a short 1.5 miles west of our current location.

The new office is located half way between N May Ave and Portland Ave, south of 150th Street on Hertz Quail Springs Parkway. The office complex is Prestige Office Park. The parking lot is spacious with ample handicap parking. Please note that the office will be closed on Friday the 31st to facilitate the move and our phones will be directed to voicemail. We will reopen for normal business hours on Monday June 3rd.
Lastly, keep an eye out for an invitation to our open house event towards the end of June once we get settled in. We are excited to see you and give you a tour of our new space!
